Salmon is the only fish I like to cook at home but it has to be very fresh. I’m pretty particular about fish even though I love sushi and would pretty much any type of fish sashimi.
This salmon recipe is very easy to make and it only requires 3 ingredients and 8 minutes to cook.
There are only two places I get salmon, Butcher Box which they ship wild salmon, and Trader Joe’s farm raise salmon.
For seasoning I love Trader Joe’s Chile Lime seasoning blend, it has a hint of spice which complements the salmon very well. If you don’t have Trader Joe’s near by Tajin with Lime seasoning also works and you can find it pretty much at any supermarket in the produce isle or order it through Amazon.
Chile Lime and Tajin with Lime seasonings pair very well with fruit such as mangos, jicama, watermelon, and cucumber to name a few.

We eat salmon once a week and I like to pair it with a salad and roasted veggies. You can make a salad bowl and top it off with salmon, it’s a super healthy, fast and easy recipe to make.
Enjoy!
