<p>Salmon is the only fish I like to cook at home but it has to be very fresh. I&#8217;m pretty particular about fish even though I love sushi and would pretty much any type of fish sashimi.</p>



<p>This salmon recipe is very easy to make and it only requires 3 ingredients and 8 minutes to cook.</p>



<p>There are only two places I get salmon, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Butcher Box (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.butcherbox.com/refer-give-get30/?utm_campaign=Credit+Tab+-+July+Give+30+Get+30+-+%2FCredit++-Variant+B+-+Tab+Test&;utm_content=personal_url&;utm_medium=referral&;utm_source=Friendbuy&;fbuy_ref_code=osYTz" target="_blank">Butcher Box</a> which they ship wild salmon, and Trader Joe&#8217;s farm raise salmon. </p>



<p>For seasoning I love Trader Joe&#8217;s <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Chile Lime (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article/4802#:~:text=" target="_blank">Chile Lime </a>seasoning blend, it has a hint of spice which complements the salmon very well. <p>We eat salmon once a week and I like to pair it with a salad and roasted veggies. You can make a salad bowl and top it off with salmon, it&#8217;s a super healthy, fast and easy recipe to make.</p>
