Chicken tenders always remind me of my childhood, they’re fun and super easy to make. You can make for appetizers, snack or as extra protein for a salad.
I like to make my chicken tenders with a little bit of heat but as always it is optional, especially if you’re cooking this for your kids.
What you’ll need:
Medium size mixing bowl
Measuring spoons
Large spoon
Air fryer

1 lb chicken tenders (I use Butcher box organic)
1 tbsp Himalayam salt
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions
- Preheat air fryer at 350F
- Place the chicken tenders the mixing bowl add all the spices and use a large spoon to mix all ingredients
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken in it. Cook for a total of 14 minutes flipping the chicken tenders half way
Notes
- Enjoy your chicken tender with ranch, ketchup, and spicy, corse or yellow mustard
