I’ve been using essential oils for about 3 years, at first to be honest, I just liked having my diffuser going throughout the day and smelling the different oil combinations I was mixing. After some time I started to get curious about what the oils were all about and I started to dig in the Essential Oils community. I was overwhelmed with information, brands, purity and pricing.
The one thing in common the essential oils community has is that they want to live a cleaner, chemical free life. As we look around all and read the ingredients our household items have we can very easily see the amount of chemicals we use for cleaning, laundry, makeup, hair products and even the every day face creams we use religiously.
I decided after doing my research to go with Young Living, the one thing I can say is that they’re not the cheapest, they’re probably at the top of the chain but their products are very high quality, they have a promise of Seed to Seal which means they don’t compromise their standards which is their three pillars Sourcing, Science and Standard. Also, the independent studies they have for their oils is pretty impressive. They have a group of people, mainly women who are very passionate about the oils and the business side of it. As soon as I placed my first order I received an actual letter from one of the ladies with a welcome card and a little roll-on gift. I’m not saying this happens to everyone who joins Young Living but I was very impressed.
Young Living has an array of products, from cleaning supplies, makeup, mouthwash, face creams and cleansers, and supplements. I have tried a lot of their products but not every single one of them. I’ll create a post in a later date with some of my favorites and why I think they’re great in my opinion.
