Ingredients:
- 2 lbs cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Ensure cauliflower florets are completely dry to prevent steaming and ensure maximum crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, tossing again until the florets are evenly coated in a vibrant orange-red hue.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overfilled to allow proper air circulation.
- Air fry for 7 minutes, then remove the basket and shake vigorously or flip with tongs.
- Air fry for another 6–8 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and centers are tender.
- Immediately upon removal, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
