Ingredients:

  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 30 g chocolate protein powder
  • 120 g frozen banana
  • 16 g natural almond butter
  • 5 g unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1.5 g sea salt
  • 2.5 ml pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender carafe first to prevent powder clumping.
  2. Add the frozen banana, ice cubes, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract on top of the liquid.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high speed.
  4. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a vortex forms in the center and the texture is completely smooth and velvety.
