Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) cold brew coffee, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
- 1/2 frozen banana (50g)
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
- 1/2 cup (150g) ice cubes
Instructions:
- Pour the cold brew and almond milk into the blender first to prevent powder from sticking to the bottom.
- Add the protein powder, almond butter, cinnamon, salt, and frozen banana. Top with ice cubes to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly ramp up to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and ice is pulverized.
