Ingredients:
- 10 oz canned tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Combine the drained tuna and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl.
- Fold in the panko breadcrumbs until the mixture is cohesive, mixing only until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and gently press them into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until the oil shimmers.
- Sear the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until the edges are mahogany-colored and a crisp crust has formed.
