- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no lumps of yogurt remain.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking to create a glossy, unified base.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Continue whisking until the dressing looks pale and creamy.
- Stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the finely minced fresh parsley using a spatula.
- Taste the dressing; if it feels too thick, whisk in one teaspoon of water at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
