Ingredients:
- 1 head (approx 2 lbs / 900g) cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets, approximately 1 inch (2.5cm) in size.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss vigorously until every floret is evenly coated in the oil and seasoning.
- Spread the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring no pieces overlap.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until the edges are deep golden-brown and slightly charred.
