Ingredients:

  • 1 head (approx 2 lbs / 900g) cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets, approximately 1 inch (2.5cm) in size.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Toss vigorously until every floret is evenly coated in the oil and seasoning.
  5. Spread the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring no pieces overlap.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until the edges are deep golden-brown and slightly charred.
