Ingredients:
- 1 lb cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until glistening.
- Sprinkle in the cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt; toss vigorously until the florets are coated in a thin, matte paste.
- Arrange florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden-brown.
- While cauliflower fries, whisk together the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey in a small bowl.
- Toss the hot, crisp florets in the buffalo glaze until fully submerged.
- Return the glazed florets to the air fryer for 2 more minutes at 400°F (200°C) to set the sauce into a sticky lacquer.
